Challenges

Increasing Number of Support Requests

There was a growing volume of customer-support inquiries about using the access-management module of the national eHealth platform.

Insufficient Error Reports

The error reports did not contain enough information about system failures (both at the system level and those caused by user actions).

Difficulties with System Features

Users experienced problems with certain system features, leading to operational errors.

Process Optimization

We revised several processes to reduce the number of steps required for key operations (e.g., reissuing an e-document or configuring the system according to the user’s medical role).
