Nature and purpose of processing:
The data you enter via our contact form is stored for the purpose of individual communication with you. A valid email address and your name are required to assign the enquiry and respond to it. Providing further information is optional.

Where you contact us to request a quote or initiate pre-contractual measures, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general enquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a straightforward way to get in touch (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients:
Recipients of the data may include processors acting on our behalf.
Retention period:
Data is deleted no later than 6 months after the enquiry has been processed. Where an enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, statutory retention periods under the German Commercial Code (HGB) apply, and data will be deleted once those periods expire.
Provision required or necessary:
Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, we can only process your enquiry if you provide your name, email address, and the reason for your enquiry.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter: Google). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse how the website is used. The information generated is transmitted to and stored on Google’s servers. Google Analytics 4 does not collect full IP addresses; IP addresses are anonymised before processing within the EU/EEA.

Third-country transfer:
Google LLC processes your data in the USA. Google has certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which the European Commission recognised as providing an adequate level of protection in July 2023.
